We ship only within the United States of America.
Free shipping will be within 50 miles only of our business address. Free shipping applies only to ground shipments. UPS or Fed Ex only ships to addresses not PO boxes.
Standard shipping for our baskets will be a flat rate of $29.95.
Same day delivery is available within 50 miles of our Houston office location for a rate of $69.99. This will be available only for non-personalized items. All baskets ship by UPS, Fed Ex or USPS. Once it leaves our facility it becomes the property of the buyer.
Turnaround time is 3-10 business days. Some personalized orders may take longer. Turnaround time begins when payment has been received. Aabei’s will do its best to meet all deadlines. However, we will not be responsible for missed deadlines, due to weather conditions, or other conditions that are beyond Aabei’s control.
U.S. Wine States
There are some states where local laws prohibit us from shipping wine. We will substitute another product where wine cannot be shipped. You must be 21 years of age and older to purchase gift baskets containing alcohol.

Order Availability and Liability
All orders are subject to availability. We will assume the risk for the basket until it has been delivered to the address which you specified. We accept no liability for any lost baskets if you provided an incorrect delivery address.
